WHAT KIND OF CLIENTS DO YOU WORK WITH ?
Our clients include, but are not limited to, private individuals, corporate entities, law firms, insurance companies, TPA’s municipalities, school districts, religious institutions, utility companies, other private investigation firms, government agencies and law enforcement agencies.
IS THERE A FEE FOR THE INITIAL CONSULTATION?
There is never a fee for the initial consultation. Before we take on an assignment, we meet with our clients to discuss their concerns and the results they hope to obtain. We will not take an assignment unless we are confident that we can provide positive results. If the assignment is beyond the scope of what we can provide, we will refer our clients to the appropriate firm or agency that can better handle their matter.
WHAT SHOULD A CLIENT EXPECT?
First and foremost, our clients can expect to be treated fairly and respectfully. We go to great lengths to ensure that our clients feel safe and confident that all assignments are handled professionally, efficiently and discreetly. Our clients can expect to be provided with a firm contract describing what is to be done, how long it will likely take, and the estimated cost for our services. Once the assignment is commenced, they can expect a thorough investigation, on-going communication and status reports, and a detailed report upon completion. We are always available to discuss the assignment being conducted and to suggest and advise how best to proceed.
